Salary: $17.50 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 16 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, capable of standing for extended periods, and able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication skills, and a strong focus on client needs
- The candidates should be well-organized, reliable, flexibility, initiative and strong team players
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, enforce provincial or territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, describe menu items including daily specials, advise on menu selections, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, serve food and beverages, and assist clients or guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to present bills, accept payments, balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
