Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail even in demanding situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication
- The candidates should show initiative, exercise good judgment, and be organized and reliable
- The candidates should be team players, have analytical skills, and be proactive
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and prepare and submit reports on various operational aspects to ensure efficient operations
- The candidates should be able to ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery by conducting regular checks and maintenance, arrange for maintenance and repair work when necessary, and resolve work-related problems effectively and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff as needed, train workers in their duties and organizational policies, and arrange training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required for operations
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization efficiently, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
