Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin Language a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have previous travel industry experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to attend and successfully pass an approximately eleven (11) week full-time paid initial training program and be available to work shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- The candidates should be able to find creative solutions to complex customer situations and be effective, self-motivated multi-taskers who can work independently with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to work effectively and independently with computer applications and online tools and strong communication skills, be eligible to work in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have customer service experience within a call centre environment
- The candidates should have a working knowledge of computer applications and the internet
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to advise members on how to maximize the benefits of the program and research, book, and reschedule flights efficiently
- The candidates should be able to support customers in navigating self-service technologies, including websites, mobile apps, and customer sign-in portals
- The candidates should be able to enhance membership loyalty by promoting program partners
- The candidates should be able to handle and resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
