- The candidates should provide technical guidance and advice to user departments and analyze needs and facilitate meetings and workshops
- The candidates should establish and maintain effective working relationships and accurate records
- The candidates should deal effectively with the public and outside agencies
- The candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science (4 years), Masters Certificate in Business Analysis or equivalent (126 hours) and Project Management Institute Certified Associate in Project Management or equivalent (23 hours)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead and coordinate projects to review, analyze, and evaluate business processes to enhance their efficiency in line with corporate strategies
- The candidates should be able to liaise with affected City departments to determine business requirements and develop and document the scope, objectives, and expected benefits of projects
- The candidates should be able to act as Project Manager for business solutions projects, coordinating departmental, IT, and external resources to ensure timely and effective implementation
- The candidates should be able to schedule and monitor the work of consultants and lead the evaluation, assessment, and coordination of system changes to improve corporate systems and business processes
- The candidates should be able to make recommendations and implement business process and systems changes while adhering to technological and accounting best practices and standards and streamline existing business processes for improved efficiency, eliminating or reducing duplication and redundancy
- The candidates should be able to research best practices and leading-edge options for business process solutions and technology use advanced modeling and analytical tools to provide technical expertise in all aspects of customer solutions
- The candidates should be able to translate, coordinate, and develop business requirements and reports into technical objectives and specifications for development teams and determine needs assessment and represent client issues at committee tables and communicate to customers through presentations and workshops
- The candidates should be able to facilitate and follow-up during implementation and testing stages and provide input into the selection of products, strategies, and designs by leading user committees and consulting with user groups
- The candidates should be able to represent the department on corporate projects, committees and create and coordinate lesson plans, training tools, and information binders to ensure users can understand and implement new strategies
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports and develop documentation of both technical and non-technical nature to a broad range of users and ensure manual and software processes comply with accounting and auditing requirements
