Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support the creation and execution of brand management plans, delivering strategic brand initiatives and business recommendations based on insights from competitive, consumer, shopper, financial, and assortment analyses
  • The candidates should be able to assist in key processes such as assortment planning, financial forecasting, business performance reporting, and cross-functional briefings with agencies content, packaging design, in-store POP ensuring overall brand stewardship
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams by integrating with Merchandising, Product Development, Strategic Marketing, Loyalty, Packaging, Product Quality, Store Operations, and other relevant functions
  • The candidates should be able to build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support brand initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to new brand development and implementation by integrating strategic and executional efforts across the organization
  • The candidates should be able to lead packaging design development and execution to achieve impactful shelf presence while adhering to brand standards
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with cross-functional and external partners throughout the product development cycle to plan brand assortments, launch innovations, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • The candidates should be able to spearhead legal (intellectual property) claims relevant to the marketing objectives and portfolio
  • The candidates should be able to monitor and communicate operational expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to professional development efforts by pursuing ongoing development opportunities, attending conferences, and participating in continuing education courses
