Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have previous customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be at least 16 years old
- The candidates should be available to work all 18 days of the event (August 16 – September 2, 2024), with days off scheduled by the supervisor
- The candidates should be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be fluent in English due to the customer service nature of the job and adaptable and able to communicate effectively
- The candidates should be able to attend a mandatory Orientation Session and Job Specific Training or experience working with the public
- The candidates should have excellent communication skills and honest, trustworthy, and professional and demonstrate initiative and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- The candidates should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to work with minimal supervision
- The candidates should have strong customer service, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet guests and answer inquiries in a courteous manner
- The candidates should be able to provide information regarding shows and events, tailoring information to diverse audiences
- The candidates should be able to direct guests to facilities and services and actively look for ways to help guests
- The candidates should be able to listen to complaints from guests and refer unresolved complaints to the designated guest relations attendant for follow-up
- The candidates should be able to compile and maintain records of transactions and obtain information for guests
