Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and manage physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should have good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of production workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
• The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• The candidates should be able to set up machines and equipment, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
