Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed bachelor’s degree, related to the industry, and several years of relevant experience or other diploma, related to the sector of activity
Experience: Candidates should have several years of relevant experience in IT and employee experience projects is an asset

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the International Payment IT team
- The candidates should be able to assist Product Owners (POs) in prioritizing and refining activities
- The candidates should be able to support the manager in effectively managing various initiatives surrounding the team, including budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and asset management
- The candidates should be able to act as a “coach” to colleagues less experienced in agile methodology and suggest improvements to enhance feature delivery
- The candidates should be able to diagnose problematic situations and facilitate their resolution by implementing solutions
- The candidates should be able to consistently and proactively raise risks and issues inherent in initiatives
- The candidates should be able to manage stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators
- The candidates should be able to assist their team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and resolving blockers
