Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist Trust Services Managers (TSMs) in all administrative tasks related to the management of trust or protection mandates
  • The candidates should be able to collect the documents needed to open client files and keep them up-to-date in accordance with the time frames prescribed by law
  • The candidates should be able to organize activities with the various stakeholders to process and advance files in accordance with service standards
  • The candidates should be able to act as a contact and follow up with clients, their experts, and partners where appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with TSMs to prepare investment and communication policies for clients
  • The candidates should be able to take part in various transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, especially digitizing processes and communications with clients
  • The candidates should be able to actively participate in the implementation of the client experience path, including preparation of meeting agendas, reports on meetings, and follow-up with clients according to established policies, standards, and procedures
