Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 to 44 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, HTML Editing Software, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Social Media, Spreadsheet, Computer Programming, MailChimp, Electronic Mail, Desktop Publishing Software, and WordPress
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Bondable, and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be punctual and have a client focus
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication skills and excellent written communication skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, answer written and oral inquiries, and gather, research, and prepare communications material
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, and arrange for billing for services
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records and statistics and obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, perform general office duties, and receive and log complaints
  • The candidates should be able to receive credit and employment applications, receive payments, and sell merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients and maintain and manage a digital database
  • The candidates should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
