Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be reliable and also a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods and also prepare, heat and finish simple food items
- The candidate should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables and also take customers’ orders
- The candidate should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, handle and store cleaning products and also receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- The candidate should be able to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, remove kitchen garbage and trash, sharpen kitchen knives, sweep, mop, wash and polish floors and also wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
