Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for HR systems, including knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to automate deployments and manage version control
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be tech enthusiasts with an infectious passion for HR technology and innovation
- The candidates should be proficient in IT solution development, including technical architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure design, with experience focused on HR technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow, or UKG
- The candidates should have a strong understanding of HR data models, HRIS architecture, and HR capabilities, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Labor Scheduling
- The candidates should have experience with APIs, microservices, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to connect HR systems with other enterprise applications finance, payroll, time and attendance, Active Directory
- The candidates should be proficient in security standards and compliance GDPR, SOC, ISO27001) to ensure data privacy, particularly in handling HR data across global landscapes
- The candidates should be familiar with AI/ML applications in HR, such as predictive analytics for talent management, and using telemetry and monitoring to optimize HR technology performance
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to translate business and technical requirements, documenting solution architecture design and analysis
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the product owner and platform managers to ensure a robust architectural runway
- The candidates should be able to understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise solution design and change requirements
- The candidates should be able to monitor the solution portfolio to identify deficiencies, including aging and functional fit
- The candidates should be able to drive maximum reuse of the existing HR technology landscape
- The candidates should be able to lead evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture
