Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have a few years of comparable work experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment

- The candidates should be system-savvy and very comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools

- The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, Sanitation, Materials, Finance, and Human Resources
- The candidates should be able to foster positive employee relationships by treating all employees with respect, listening to their concerns, and providing timely responses
- The candidates should be able to facilitate safety talks and task observations in the pursuit of continuous improvement
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and shift report
