Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have a few years of comparable work experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment

  • The candidates should have a personable demeanor with strong communication skills and be a progressive leader and be a team player
  • The candidates should be system-savvy and very comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools

  • The candidates should be able to work closely with team members to deliver winning results and meet both daily and weekly production schedules

  • The candidates should be able to resolve employee issues through counselling sessions, investigations, or grievance meetings, actively participate in daily team meetings
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, Sanitation, Materials, Finance, and Human Resources
  • The candidates should be able to foster positive employee relationships by treating all employees with respect, listening to their concerns, and providing timely responses
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate safety talks and task observations in the pursuit of continuous improvement
  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and shift report
