Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have a Business Degree or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be individuals with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, as well as excellent presentation skills
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be individuals with 1-2 years of relevant work experience OR an equivalent mix of education and experience
- The candidates should be individuals with Food Service or Consumer Products experience
- The candidates should be individuals who have demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- The candidates should be individuals with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- The candidates should be individuals with demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- The candidates should be individuals who possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prospect and acquire new food service accounts using customized sell-in presentations
- The candidates should be able to build the current business base by responding to customer calls and resolving issues
- The candidates should be able to convert local and national business accounts, ensuring marketing equipment and product placement
- The candidates should be able to identify and align resources required to support account execution
- The candidates should be able to achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory
- The candidates should be able to provide superior customer service
- The candidates should be able to ensure merchandising standards are executed in all accounts
- The candidates should be able to activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- The candidates should be able to monitor and report on competitive activity
