Hours: Starts between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, ends between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to physically handle/move and re-wrap packages (lifting up to 70 lbs unassisted)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform basic administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and analysis of reports, compilation of information from various sources, and analysis using various software packages
  • The candidates may be required to direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to lesser experienced employees
  • The candidates should be capable of performing general warehouse duties, including word processing, data entry, auditing/rewrapping damaged packages, answering phones, and other duties as assigned
  • The candidates should be able to execute a comprehensive examination of various documents including commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and shipping documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • The candidates should be able to research and correct errors resulting from incorrect pre-advise information
  • The candidates should be able to compile and save shipping documents (paper or electronic) to comply with government regulations
  • The candidates should be able to perform analysis using various software packages and databases
  • The candidates should be able to provide advanced office support knowledge and skills
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and/or coordinate information for internal and external contacts
