Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience working in a Northern environment and in maintaining a tracking or follow-up system

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be skilled at thinking things through (reasoning and judgment)
  • The candidates should be effective at working with others
  • The candidates should show initiative and be action-oriented
  • The candidates should demonstrate integrity and respect
  • The candidates should possess strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • The candidates should possess the appropriate security clearance: Reliability, Enhanced Reliability, or Secret
  • The candidates should obtain and maintain the required medical clearance

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience working in a legal environment
  • The candidates should have experience in preparing financial documents
  • The candidates should have experience working in a cross-cultural environment, particularly in Indigenous communities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to be responsible for opening files for court proceedings
  • The candidates should be able to pull, locate, and prepare files for court
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with various stakeholders for information related to court proceedings
