Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check and reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers and refrain from wearing scents
- The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently and demonstrate attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to change diapers promptly and hygienically, sterilize bottles accurately, and perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy environment for children
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children attentively, discipline them positively, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information, maintain a safe environment, and organize activities for children
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, prepare children for rest periods, and supervise them attentively for their safety and well-being
- The candidates should be able to provide transportation, tend to the emotional well-being of children, and communicate effectively with parents
