Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and capable of working at heights
- The candidates should be accustomed to dusty conditions and able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be comfortable in noisy work environments and able to work in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to manage tasks that are physically demanding and willing to work overtime as required

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as level the earth to fine-grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, assist in demolishing buildings, and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, direct traffic at or near construction sites, and clean and lubricate cranes
