Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the face, character, and heart of our branches as Senior Customer Experience Associates
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize customer satisfaction and assist them in achieving their financial goals
  • The candidates should be able to engage in meaningful conversations and provide support to customers with enthusiasm and drive
  • The candidates should be able to focus on providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey as an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network
  • The candidates should be able to act as a lobby leader, ensuring that customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the Branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, such as opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs
  • The candidates should be able to nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
  • The candidates should be able to become technology experts and share their knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
  • The candidates should be able to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • The candidates should be able to uncover and solve customers’ needs effectively
  • The candidates should be able to explain complicated concepts simply for better understanding
