Using locally sourced honey and natural ingredients, Prairie Bee Meadery creates a variety of handcrafted meads that showcase the flavors of the prairies. From traditional meads to innovative fruit-infused varieties, our meadery offers a diverse selection to appeal to different tastes and preferences. Salary: $15.00 to $17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 5 to 20 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license; public transportation is not available
Work setting: Kiosk, on-site customer service, and liquor and wine store
Type of product: Beer and spirits

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided 
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

• The candidates should demonstrate adaptability in various work situations and exhibit an energetic approach to tasks
• The candidates should be outgoing and capable of engaging with others, maintaining a positive attitude in their work environment

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate the cash register proficiently and maintain sales records for inventory control diligently
• The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise accurately, assist in the display of merchandise effectively, and greet customers warmly
• The candidates should be able to discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease courteously
