Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years in an academic environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have an acceptable combination of equivalent experience and experience using academic course scheduling software such as CLASS, Fusion, and Infosilem
- The candidates should have experience in supporting faculty and working in a student service environment
- The candidates should have a strong sense of professionalism and a high level of customer service delivery
- The candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- The candidates should demonstrate tact, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
- The candidates should have demonstrated decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The candidates should have strong computer skills and aptitude in word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and website maintenance
- The candidates should have strong research and analytical skills with the ability to understand and apply information, regulations, and guidelines

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collect and organize course and room requirements for scheduling prepare and disseminate examination timetables
- The candidates should be able to maintain course information on student information systems and troubleshoot timetabling and room booking conflicts
- The candidates should be able to determine logistical details required for alternative arrangements to accommodate exam conflicts for students
- The candidates should be able to act as the first point of contact for KPE undergraduate and graduate instructors for their administrative and logistical
- The candidates should be able to keep well-informed on University programs, policies, and procedures
- The candidates should be able to liaise with academic units and stakeholders to support academic calendar production initiatives
