Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment, or delivery, and obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom
  • The candidates should be able to direct customers to the location of articles sought, unpack products received by the store, and count, weigh, or sort items
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a computerized stock inventory, stock shelves and display areas, and keep stock clean and in order
  • The candidates should be able to price items using a stamp or stickers according to the price list, attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting, and fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock
  • The candidates should be able to perform general cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, mopping floors), operate a cash register, engage in order picking, and provide customer service
