Work Setting: General manufacturing
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 5 years or more experience in a related industry.
Equipment and machinery experience: Computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, dependable and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- The candidate should compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces, set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.
- The candidate should verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
