Salary: $31.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Lloydminster, AB

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory, and oversee budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
