Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops effectively, removing debris and ensuring quality, and perform weeding activities to maintain crop health and growth
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops following agricultural practices, and harvest crops efficiently and at the appropriate times for optimal yield
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop production activities and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, implementing necessary measures for control
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality, ensuring that it meets market standards, and prepare it accordingly for sale
