Bins Toronto Inc. based in Severn Bridge, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant. Bins Toronto Inc. is known to provide premier bin rental service in Toronto. We work with providing bins to help with any residential or commercial renovation big or small. We work with a goal to provide our valued customers with a stress-free solution for dealing with construction and renovation waste. We provide solutions for both residential and commercial clients. In all, we provide a reliable dumpster bin rental service. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Google Docs, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have the ability to multitask and work with accuracy
  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and in an organized way
  • The candidate should be someone who can be relied on and be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc. also record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • The candidate should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines also schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidate should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages also answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidate should be able to compile data, statistics and other information also order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidate should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations also greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidate should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidate should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
