Hope Financial Services Ltd. is a leading financial advisor & insurance broker, we offer a wide range of services. Our one and only objective is to get our customer through the right option. As the leading insurance broker, we collaborate with a wide range of medical facilities, from huge network hospitals to more localized clinics that nonetheless have cutting-edge diagnostic capabilities. We arrange house calls from the doctor and offer translation services for those who require it. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be multi-tasker, accurate, client focus, organized
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
