Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work
- The candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule, confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, relay messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, set up, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
