Salary: $26.41 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and have meticulous attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations, coordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
