Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize client focus in their interactions
  • The candidates should be effective team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay messages

  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
