Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Technical terminology: Business
Area of specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, contracts, statistics, invoices, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, electronic mail, and MS Outlook 
Security and safety: Bondable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, and relay calls and messages, including responding to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, conduct research, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
