Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, and Invoices
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in completing repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating excellent oral communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
  • The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing priorities and tasks, and they should be organized in managing their workload and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties consistently and meeting deadlines

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages accurately and promptly, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other relevant information as required, order office supplies, maintain inventory levels appropriately, and greet visitors while directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials, coordinate the flow of information effectively, and set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately
