Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., as well as plan and control budget and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to train, direct, and motivate staff, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports and respond to employee questions and complaints, as well as order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
