Salary: $26.41 to $29.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, MS Office, Electronic mail, and Spreadsheet

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while being proficient in handling repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks and exhibit strong teamwork skills
  • The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and possess efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
