Location: 284 Queen Street East Brampton, ON, L6V1C2 suite 120 Brampton, ON L6V 1C2
Shifts: Evening, Shift, On Call, Early Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events efficiently, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-managed, and train, direct, and motivate staff effectively to ensure they perform their duties to the best of their abilities
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed successfully and meet organizational goals, and determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments accurately, managing calendars and ensuring timely communication with clients or attendees, and answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally, maintaining effective communication channels
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, including emails and online messages, in a timely and informative manner, and compile data, statistics, and other information accurately and efficiently, organizing them for analysis or reporting purposes
