Salary: $37.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: 10122 100 St Peace River, AB T8S 1S5
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Work setting: Rural area, Electronic products store, Retail business, and Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system, Database software, Inventory control software, Electronic mail, and Spreadsheet
Security and safety: Bondable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
  • The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies
  • The candidates should be able to plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
