Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, control budget and expenditures, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to establish policies and procedures, oversee training and development strategies, and supervise other workers
- The candidates should be able to train, direct, and motivate staff, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and manage payroll administration
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and travel, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage office supplies and inventory, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- The candidates should be able to oversee the development of communication strategies, compile data, statistics, and other information, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and conduct research
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
