Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual
  • The candidates should be able to computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide customer service
