Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization:Â Correspondence, Reports And Records, Invoices, and Charts, Tables, Graphs, And Diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, exercise good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be client-focused and reliable
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries and oversee development of communication strategies
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, respond to employee questions and complaints and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
