Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Reports, forms and records, financial statements, invoices, charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, contracts, correspondence, payroll services
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows
Travel bookings: Business travel
Own tools/equipment: Computer, printer, internet access, office equipment, and supplies

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in handling repetitive tasks, emphasizing precision and attention to detail in task execution
  • The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, demonstrating flexibility in various work postures
  • The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting, showcasing adaptability to a sedentary work environment
  • The candidates should possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in task execution and deliverables

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations, prepare invoices and bank deposits, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and label, file, and retrieve documents
  • The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested, organize and schedule office work, and store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research, perform data entry, and provide customer service
