Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Languages (English, French, Japanese, Italian, German, Greek, Thai)
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as high school graduation
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 2 years of agreement

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate may require lifting and climbing also may require licenses, e.g. Driver’s, MOT, AVOP etc.
  • The candidate may require shift work and/or work staggered starting and stopping times and also may be exposed to weather conditions
  • The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations. Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a high level of accuracy due to consequence of error and fines/penalties to the Company and/or loss of revenue and also have initiative and judgment
  • The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and also good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The candidate should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and also have proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • The candidate should have the knowledge of aircraft terminology and also have aptitude for math
  • The candidate should have aptitude for accuracy and detail
  • The candidate must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to perform operational and/or administrative duties of a complex nature, using a variety of software applications
  • The candidate should be able to analyze, design, format and produce creative high quality documents, reports, etc. and also develop, prepare, and provide statistical reports
  • The candidate should be able to prepare comparative analysis and also prepare monthly statistical summary of catering expenses
  • The candidate should be able to maintain monthly record of invoices paid or outstanding and also prepare cost analysis and statistics
  • The candidate should be able to plan, coordinate, and execute road shows, where travel may be required and also assist with product displays
  • The candidate should be able to recommend and assist in implementing improved methods and procedures and also provide on-the-job training, direction, guidance and assistance to other employees in the department.
  • The candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and also record and maintain operational records and/or endorsements
  • The candidate should be able to provide on-the-job training, direction, guidance and assistance to other employees in the department and also maintain confidentiality at all times
  • The candidate should be able to record and maintain operational records and/or endorsements and also comply with Company Policies, Collective Agreements and/or Government Regulations
  • The candidate should be able to liaise with internal and external customers and also organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • The candidate should be able to work with minimal or no supervision and also work at the first level troubleshooting of hardware/software
  • The candidate should be able to assist with compilation of operating business plan and also monitor reports, investigate discrepancies and calculate accruals
  • The candidate should be able to maintain ledgers, audit invoices and also ensure flight crew meals and/or ground allowances are provided
  • The candidate should be able to process and calculate pay adjustments/expenses and also compose, format and prepare correspondence
  • The candidate should be able to maintain computerized meal costing system and also operate mainframe printers and related equipment
  • The candidate should be able to prepare and distribute reports to meet production printing deadlines and also control and monitor printing system to maintain availability, serviceability and reliability
  • The candidate should be able to monitor printers for quality control and also coordinate maintenance and up-keep of equipment problems
  • The candidate should be able to perform Tasks / Responsibilities as outlined in Assistant Coordinator and Coordinator Levels
