Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience using word processing software such as Microsoft Word
  • The candidates should have experience using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel
  • The candidates should have experience providing administrative support in a police environment
  • The candidates should have experience providing administrative support services to senior management
  • The candidates should have experience extracting data and/or preparing statistical reports
  • The candidates should have experience providing record management support
  • The candidates should have experience using the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC)
  • The candidates should have experience using the Police Records Information Management Environment (PRIME)
  • The candidates should have experience interpreting and processing court documents
  • The candidates should have experience providing guidance and processing Access to Information and Privacy requests
  • The candidates should have experience using a human resources information management system such as PeopleSoft
  • The candidates should have experience using Total Expenditure and Asset Management System (TEAM) and/or Systems, Applications & Products (SAP)
  • The candidates should have experience in transcribing audio statements in English
  • The candidates should have experience providing budget and financial support

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to respond to inquiries and provide information
