Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have BA/BS, MA/MS or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Social Studies, or a relevant major. Anthropological/Psychology background an asset
Experience: Candidates should have five years’ work experience) with analytical skills, team orientation, a “can-do” demeanor, and the ability to deliver breakthrough results

  • The candidates should be adept at using multiple data sources and possess strong analytical skills. A statistical qualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis is needed
  • The candidates should be experienced or certified in Consumer Research tools (SPSS, JMP) and Data Visualization and Transformation packages (PowerBI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx)

  • The candidates should be capable of contributing to and influencing across various levels and functions

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as internal business strategy consultants, ensuring that both quantitative and qualitative consumer and shopper insights are the foundations of the business strategy and execution
  • The candidates should be able to work on multi-functional business teams with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, and others to constantly explore new opportunities for business growth
  • The candidates should be able to lead innovation in the ad tech space to stay ahead of new industry standards and metrics, while driving the application of these metrics with P&G brands
  • The candidates should be able to utilize big data, machine learning, and algorithms to develop advanced optimizations that can be applied to media in real time
  • The candidates should be able to create media reporting, visualizations, and analytic approaches to influence the category or brand media plan
  • The candidates should be able to deliver analytic insights in media performance including reach, cost, and effectiveness metrics to drive revenue and share performance
  • The candidates should be able to develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches, and business recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to design experiments to measure media experience and derive insights from unstructured, complex, and large data sets across the industry
  • The candidates should be able to combine their passion for consumer understanding with soft and analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with key business partners across levels and functions
