Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 annually (To be negotiated) 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Belleville, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation, leading/instructing individuals
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, recruit, train and supervise staff
