Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and Point of sale system
Credentials: First Aid Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as necessary

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong focus on clients and their needs, and demonstrate dependability in completing tasks
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, exhibit excellent oral and written communication abilities, and show flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances
  • The candidates should be organized in their work approach, reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities, and effective team players collaborating with others

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff, and lead and instruct individuals
