- The candidates should have experience in designing curricula that complement existing strengths in digital media production
- The candidates should have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and lab development and experience in pedagogical research on experiential pedagogy, including innovative teaching and assessment methods
- The candidates should emphasize the connections between design thinking, production, UI design and analysis, and broader curriculum development
- The candidates should have teaching experience in a degree-granting program, including lecture preparation and delivery, curriculum development, and development of online materials and lectures
- The candidates should demonstrate a commitment to pedagogical inquiry and show interest in teaching-related scholarly activities
- The candidates should provide evidence of teaching excellence through accomplishments, awards, conference presentations, and a teaching dossier
- The candidates should obtain strong letters of reference supporting their teaching and pedagogical achievements
