Salary: $15.25 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Trois-Rivières, QC
Shifts: Day, 08:00 to 16:00
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Staff accommodation provided, Room and board provided and Relocation costs covered by employer
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and demonstrate initiative and sound judgment
- The candidates should be organized and able to work well in a team, while also managing their time effectively and exhibiting patience and honesty
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, prepare infants and children for rest periods, supervise and care for children, tend to emotional well-being of children
