Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish or implement policies and procedures for staff in accordance with organizational objectives and industry standards and plan and control budget and inventory effectively to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products or services and hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a competent and motivated workforce
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives
