Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, plan and control budget and expenditures, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee the preparation of reports, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, establish and implement policies and procedures, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and advise senior management
  • The candidates should be able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
