Green Leaf Brewing Company is about top-quality, innovative beers, kombucha, and ginger ale using our custom-designed and built microbrewery system. Brewhouse efficiency is our goal. From recovering, treating, and reusing water during brewing to innovative lighting systems, we look to create fantastic craft drinks with minimal environmental impact. Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- The candidate should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, traveler’s cheques or room billings
- The candidate should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials for customers
- The candidate should be able to advise on menu selections
- The candidate should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidate should be able to describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidate should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidate should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidate should be able to provide customer service
